Drawer box w/cards: See examples of different "suggested designs" .. These are samples created by other demonstrators.
Make a cute little box with a drawer to hold greeting cards.
This is an advanced techniques class.
Each box will be different depending on what paper design you pick.
Each box can hold at least 4 cards and envelopes
Details of the class:
You will use a variety of embellishments to bring out your creative side. Each participant can purchase an "add on kit" for small fee, with extra embellishments to add on to their creation. These will be available to look at and purchase during the class. The outside of the box is decorated and embellished. Each card will be stamped, decorated, and embellished as you desire.
- This is a face paced advanced stamping and paper-crafting class. You will need to be creative in decorating your box and cards and be able to work independently as you will only be working from a "suggested" design, with each of you will be using different papers and embellishments.
What will you learn?
- You will learn how to cut and score the different size pieces for the box and cards. So be prepared to cut and score!
- You will learn how to create this cute drawer box and decorate it, then go on to create 4 different cards.
- Various stamp sets, papers, and embellishments can be used, including crochet trim, beads, ribbons, brads, and paper flowers.
Cost: $25 per person
Date: Sat 24 July 2010, 1:00Pm - 5:00 PM

Those who register and pay first will be guaranteed a spot. LIMITED spaces available.
I need to have a tentative count by this Sunday, July 18, so I can make sure I have enough heavy duty adhesives and add-on kits for the boxes.
Bring your extra adhesives, cutter, scoring tools if you have them, and scissors.
I will provide the papers, stamps, inks, embellishments, envelopes, and sticky strip to assemble the boxes.
The pictures are just a sample of one box and cards. The box you will be making will have a "different twist" on it's look and design.
