Oh what a weekend!!!

Sorry I havent' posted over the past few days... I have been a bit busy... holding Cards Galore classes, stamp club, and cutting all the pieces (and making samples) for our mini stamp camp this following weekend. I will post some of my cards from my class tomorrow.. after I can see straight!! So.. just to keep you occupied looking at my blog... here are some pictures from around our beautiful state. The first is a cluster of Chili peppers, called a Ristra. All the chilis are individually tied onto a main holding cord. It's said to be good luck to hang one by your front door. The pods can be taken down, soaked, and blended to make chili for torillas, huevos rancheros, tacos, enchiladas, or just a plain big bowl of RED new mexico chili!!

Next is a glorious sunset over the Bosque Nature preserve...

And last but not least.....is some of our famous adobe buildings... many of which are seen up around Santa Fe, our state capitol. This one is all covered in snow... which from the way the weather is feeling... it's not too far off!!
