Scandinavian browns & purples

After looking through tons of pages of designs for the Scandinavian Season stamp set.. I decided on using DP with the matching wheel and some embossing. There are so many gorgeous cards using this set. This was our other card for stamp club. I embossed the tree in gold, then picked up the colors from the DP in the colors of the tree...blues, greens, and pumpkin. I highlighted the edge of the dp with the ziggy gold pen, and sponged the edges of the main image. I've included a close up so you can see how nice the gold embossing shows up.




















The purple card was embossed with black, and I used the colors Almost Amethyst, Lavender
lace, and Eggplant with the retired lavender lace DP.
